About the product
Wago 750-842 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit featuring an 18-31.2Vdc supply voltage via wiring (24Vdc nom.) and a 0° to +55°C ambient air temperature for operation. It includes a 1 x RJ45 connector for fieldbus connection, cage-clamp 2-pin and 6-pin for system and field connections, respectively. This unit does not operate on AC supply voltage and has a speed rating of 10Mbit/s for its communication protocol, which supports Modbus TCP and Ethernet. The CPU unit is housed in a polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6 casing, measuring 100mm in height, 50.5mm in width, and 71.1mm in depth, designed for DIN-35 rail mounting. It features 64 connections per node, 8kB of non-volatile memory for software, 128kB of program memory, 64kB of data memory, and 512bytes for fieldbus input and output memory. The unit is vibration resistant according to EN 60068-2-6 (4g) and shock resistant according to EN 60068-2-27 (15g), with a control circuit rated current of 500mA at 24Vdc nominal load and 200mA at 5Vdc system supply. It supports various programming environments and configuration options, including WAGO-I/O-PRO V2.3 (based on CODESYS V2.3) and WAGO-I/O-CHECK, and can operate in environments with up to 95% relative humidity, non-condensing. The CPU is powered by a 16-bit processor.
