Red Lion PXU41DE0 is a digital temperature/process PID controller within the PXU PID controllers series. It features a flush mounting mode and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C. The design includes a 0-10Vdc control analog output and a secondary relay control output, with dimensions conforming to 1/4 DIN standards (W96mm x H96mm / 3.77" x 3.77"). It offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 NEMA 4X. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc, with a frequency of 10Hz for the analog input sampling rate. Communication is facilitated through an RS-485 protocol. This controller has 1 digital output (contact type) for secondary control, 2 analog inputs supporting various signal types including thermocouples and RTD with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy, and an additional analog input for remote setpoint.
