Red Lion PXU21A20 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting with an operational ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C and a network frequency of 50/60 Hz. It features a 1/16 DIN (48x48mm) design with 11mm orange and 7mm green digits for display. The controller is equipped with 2 user inputs, RS-485 logic, S.S.R. control output, and a secondary relay control output. It supports a supply voltage (AC) of 100-240Vac, accommodating a wide range of voltages including 100Vac, 110Vac, 120Vac, 200Vac, 208Vac, 220Vac, 230Vac, and 240Vac. As part of the PXU PID controllers series, it measures 1/16 DIN (W48mm x H48mm / 1.89" x 1.89") and offers a degree of protection of IP65 NEMA 4X. The controller has a frequency of 10Hz for analog input sampling rate and utilizes the RS-485 communication protocol. It includes 1 x digital output (S.S.R.) and 1 x digital output (contact type) for secondary control output 2, along with 1 x analog input supporting various signal types and thermocouple types with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy. The PXU21A20 also features heater current monitoring protection and 2 x digital inputs for user inputs.
