Festo PRDC2000 is an electrically adjustable pressure regulator assembly designed for vertical mounting on a service unit via accessories. It features a proportional pressure regulator VPPL with an integrated return flow function and secondary venting, suitable for compressed air (in accordance with ISO 8573-1/2010 [7;4;4]) or inert gas as the input medium. The PRDC2000 operates within an ambient air temperature range of 5°C to +50°C and is designed for use with a control voltage of 24Vdc. It includes 2 x 5-pin M12 male connectors (A-coded) for electrical connections (IN / OUT), and multiple pneumatic connections: a G1" threaded port (pneumatic connection 3), 2 x G1/4" threaded ports (pneumatic connections 11; 22), and a G1/2" threaded port (pneumatic connection 82). The device belongs to the L series, with a nominal width DN 45 (size 186), and features chemical resistance classified as Corrosion Resistance Class CRC 2 for moderate corrosion stress. Its construction includes an anodized aluminum housing and cap/bottom, NBR seals, and a steel spring. For control and monitoring, it offers 1 x analog input (4-20mA) for the pressure setpoint and 1 x analog output (4-20mA) for the actual value. The PRDC2000 is designed to be stored in ambient air temperatures ranging from -10°C to +60°C.
