Red Lion PXU41CC0 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting with an operational ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C and a network frequency of 50/60 Hz. It features a 1/8 DIN vertical design, measuring W49.5mm x H96.5mm (1.89" x 3.77"), with 12mm orange/green digits for display. This model is part of the PXU PID controllers series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 NEMA 4X. It operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and has a 10Hz analog input sampling rate. Communication is facilitated through an RS-485 protocol. The PXU41CC0 includes one digital output (contact type) for secondary control, one analog input supporting various signal types including 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-50mVdc, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, multiple thermocouple types (T, E, J, K, R, S, B, N, L, U, TXK), and RTD with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy. It also features heater current monitoring for protection, one digital input for user input, and one analog output (0-10Vdc) for main control.
